Applied Education is a learning platform aimed at providing conceptual, skill-based, and competitive preparatory education to school students (Class 5th to 12th) through online and interactive programs. Our programs include Masterclasses, Mentorship Sessions, Newspaper Podcasts, Personality Corners, and MCQ Quizzes, among others.

2. Eligibility

• Our services are intended for students between Class 5th and 12th.

• Students below 18 years must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before registering or using our services.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information when enrolling.
   

3. Service Description
We offer educational programs including:

• Masterclasses (weekly conceptual classes across subjects)

• Mentorship Sessions (class-specific skill-building sessions)

• Newspaper Podcasts

• MCQ Quizzes

• Personality Corners with experts

All sessions may be live or recorded, subject to availability and schedule.
 

4. Pricing and Payment

• Fees for each program are specified on the website and are subject to revision at our sole discretion.

• Payments can be made through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and approved third-party gateways.

• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless specified otherwise.

• No refunds will be issued once classes have commenced unless exceptional circumstances apply (at our discretion).
   

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because Applied Education offers a free evaluation to ensure that our products and services will meet your needs, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS. Before deciding to subscribe to our services, please make sure to take our trial, the evaluation version that we provide. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been taken. We so believe in our services and support and even give a free trial that, without any exception. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. For this reason, we strongly recommend that before payment, our visitors:

• Not to disrupt our live classes or behave inappropriately during sessions.

• To respect faculty, mentors, and other students.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
 

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Applied Education, including but not limited to text, videos, recordings, course material, logos, trademarks, and graphics are the intellectual property of Applied Education or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
   

8. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [Insert Link]. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
 

9. Use of Third-Party Platforms

• Zoom/Google Meet (for classes)

• WhatsApp (for communication)

• Aha Slides (for Live Quiz)

You agree to also comply with the terms of such platforms while using our services.
 

10. Disclaimers

• Applied Education does not guarantee top school or competitive exam admissions.

• Results vary based on the student’s individual effort, participation, and consistency.

• While we strive to offer high-quality education, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• We are not liable for delays or disruptions due to technical issues or third-party platform failures.
   

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under law:

• Applied Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

• Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
   

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Applied Education, its team, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your misuse of the services,

• Your violation of these Terms,

• Any infringement of intellectual property or rights of third parties.
   

13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services:

• For any breach of these Terms,

• If we discontinue a program,

• For any conduct that we believe is harmful to our interests or the interests of others.
   

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
